Payment, Fees and Cancellations

(a) Payments. Members’ are required to pay for their monthly memberships at the time of purchase and then every month there following on the same date each month. We may terminate your membership and remove you from all membership platforms if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect the payment or outstanding balance.

 

If we are unable to process your membership payment successfully, our system may retry every few days using the existing payment method you added. We reserve the right to manually retry this payment(s) at any time on your existing payment method – or any new payment methods that you add to your account – to process any outstanding debts.

 

This Company is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments by Stripe. For members making their monthly membership payment through Stripe, it is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details are correct and up to date, to do this you can follow the steps on the Stripe website. Should you cancel your membership with Believing Business/DIYLLCNow.com, it is your responsibility to ensure your recurring payment is cancelled with Stripe directly to save any future payments being taken.

 

You acknowledge that this company does not accept payment in the form of checks. Consequently, all purchases and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full. 

 

(b) Fee Adjustments. Believing Business may increase Subscription fees by notifying you of new fees at least 30 days before the beginning of a renewal term. The new fees will be effective on the first day of the renewal term. If you do not cancel your subscription, you will be deemed to have accepted the new fees for the renewal term and subsequent renewal terms (unless the fees are increased in the same manner for a subsequent renewal term).

 

(c) Refund of State Fees. You acknowledge and agree any state or fees paid to governments will also be non-refundable. You always have the right to contact the Secretary of State that you filed in to try and recoup any fees paid to them.

 

(d) Recouping Fees from Government asgencies or Third Party. You understand neither diyllcnow.com nor Believing Business will be involved in recouping any fees you pay to Secretary of the State or government agenciesor   municipal fees those.

 

(e) Cancellation & Refunds of Monthly Membership. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by emailing our support team at cancel@diyllcnow.com giving 7 DAYS NOTICE to cancel your account. Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the membership platform, however you will still be able to access the website for general information.

Because once you become a member of diyllcnow.com you’ll have instant access to our digital product offered all payments are non-refundable.  You may cancel your monthly or membership at anytime, but it is still non-refundable.

 

(f) Cancellation & Refunds of Annual Memberships.

If you paid your annual membership and any third party services all at once or in full, you may cancel your membership at any time within that year and you will still have access for the full year, however it is still non-refundable.  If you cancel and after that year you will no longer have access to the site or any third party services.  At the end of that term You may pay the required fees to access to the platform again.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

(a) Downloads and Courses.  You acknowledge whether you are a visitor to the site, you purchased a membership or services, that the courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of Believing Business. You shall not create any derivative work based upon the courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the courses. Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.

 

(b) Before you Purchase You.  acknowledge that by purchasing a membership or services you  understand the Terms and the Services that are being offered. If you are unsure and you have questions you should contact us by emailing info@diyllcnow.com prior to purchasing.

 

(c) Property of Believing Business, LLC.  All products and materials within the membership will always remain the property of the Believing Business, LLC and are not to be reproduced, redistributed, modified, adapted or distributed without prior written consent of the author, creator or owner.
